Built-In Grill and Concrete Patio - Project Summary

June 26, 2018

Project Description:

The goal for this project was to create a social space for a town-home community in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. The association contacted us to create a unique space for their residents to be able to gather, grill, and relax. The previous space was a large open picnic area that lacked seating and didn't encourage gatherings by the residents. To address these needs, a large patio was installed with seat walls, a pergola, and a built-in grill. The residents of the town-home association now have a space to mingle, relax, and grill in style.
